Samsung’s Answer to the iPhone? - My iPhone

I have been searching for months for the perfect mophoblo (mobile photoblogger) convergence phone, and this past week, I settled on the Cingular 8525 (aka HTC HErmes or TyTN). It has a QWERTY keypad which is necessary for longer posts, but only a disappointing 2mp camera for the photos. There are much better cameraphones out there with 3.2mp, autofocus and flash (Sony Ericsson 790a, Nokia N73), but I crossed them off my list because of the tiny, tiny keypads.

Just as I have made my decision, the perfect device is announced by Samsung. What a beauty! The F700 has a sleek form factor, slide out QWERTY keypad, and a 5mp camera with autofocus. It is the perfect combination for a mobile photo blogger. It has a 2.78 inch touchscreen, all the better to view and edit photoposts with. Now the question is, when will it drop and how much will it cost?
